The management of MackSmaTec GmbH is in the hands of Thomas Mack. He is supported by leading managers from the areas of sales and service, finance and administration, technology, production and planning.
Together, they drive forward the technological development and organizational strength of the company.
Thomas Mack
Managing Director
Thomas Mack studied business administration and then trained as an industrial mechanic. In 2000, he joined the former ruhlamat GmbH as assistant to the management.
Since January 1, 2004, he has been managing director of the second-generation family business. The company has continued to develop under his leadership.
Christian Tipecska
Head of Sales and Service
Christian Tipecska studied business administration and subsequently held a management position at an automotive supplier in France. In 1998, he took over the management of the family-owned special machine construction company in the third generation.
After the successful sale, he worked in management for some time before joining MackSmaTec on May 1, 2019. He has been a member of the management team since February 1, 2021 and is responsible for global sales and the service business.
Dr. Daniel Sandlos
Head of Finance and Administration
Dr. Daniel Sandlos has been part of MackSmaTec since 2016 and has headed up the company's commercial areas as Head of Finance and Administration since 2019.
With a background in business administration and professional experience in consulting and retail, he brings extensive expertise in economic management and organizational development.
Dr. Sven Ehrich
Head of Technology
Dr. Sven Ehrich has been with MackSmaTec since February 2021. With his many years of experience in the development of complex technical systems - including in mechanical engineering, medical technology and optronics – he is responsible for the areas of technology and product development.
His academic background is in applied mathematics and computer science.
Dominik Rüger
Head of Production Operations Planning
After training as a cutting machine operator in our company and successfully completing his training as an industrial foreman, Mr. Dominik Rüger took on various management positions within the company over the course of his career.
He initially worked as Manager Manufacturing before later taking over responsibility for the Order Processing Center. He has been Head of Production & Operations Planning since 01.03.2025.
