3D Wire Embedding
In automotive electronics production, 3D wire embedding is becoming increasingly important for the manufacture of sensors, control units or electrical connection units. MackSmaTec offers solutions for this that enable the fully automatic integration of wire embedding, contacts, fixing (e.g. laser welding or gluing) and testing processes in a continuous line – ideal for high quantities with consistently high quality.
Servo-electrically driven wire embedding heads, complete process monitoring and flexible programming ensure systems with high repeat accuracy, short cycle times and maximum process stability.
