CNC Turning

CNC Milling
The production focus is on the machining of complex milled parts.
With 5-axis milling technology and CAD/CAM-supported production, we achieve the highest precision with maximum design freedom thanks to efficient clamping options.
This allows us to efficiently implement economical milling strategies – including simultaneous milling.
CNC Grinding
We use state-of-the-art CNC grinding machines to produce workpieces with the highest standards of dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Our expertise in flat and cylindrical grinding guarantees solution-oriented advice and reliable implementation – even for complex requirements.
Eroding
Over 20 years of experience in wire and die-sinking erosion make us a competent partner for high-precision contours, gear profiles and multi-sided machining.
We use several Agie machines to manufacture workpieces using wire erosion up to 900 × 600 × 400 mm and weighing up to 1500 kg, with a maximum cutting range of 550 × 350 × 400 mm (x, y, z) – even with 0.1 mm wire.
With die-sinking erosion, we machine workpiece sizes up to 1040 × 730 × 410 mm and 1600 kg. The travel distances are 600 × 400 × 450 mm.
We accept your CAD data in all common formats (DXF, DWG, IGES, STEP etc.).
Measuring 3D Coordinates
Our quality assurance accompanies you through the entire course of the project – from design and measurement instructions to prototypes and initial sample testing.
Two coordinate measuring machines with a measuring range of 2100 x 1000 x 600 mm and a digital measuring projector with a range of 300 x 200 mm ensure 100% inspection of the manufactured parts. Measurement reports are also available on request.
