Your data stays in Germany: MachineHub runs in data centers in Germany. We manage the original data for your equipment in our own systems and synchronize it with MachineHub. This ensures that the originals remain securely stored with us at all times.
Yes, this also applies to machines from other manufacturers. You can use all features—except for monitoring—for third-party machines just as you would for MackSmaTec systems, such as documents, maintenance planning, and tickets. For monitoring, we also integrate the machine in one of two ways: We connect the existing control system to the MachineHub, or we retrofit older machines without a suitable interface with additional sensors.
