Our Finishing Processes

This electroless process produces a uniform, contour-true coating - ideal even for complex geometries. The nickel-phosphorus coating offers excellent corrosion and wear protection and is particularly suitable for precise technical applications.
The anodic oxidation of aluminum improves the hardness, scratch resistance and corrosion resistance of the surface. Hard anodized layers also offer increased wear protection and can be coloured on request for both functional and decorative use.
This thermochemical process produces a deep black iron oxide layer that provides basic protection against corrosion and is particularly popular in precision mechanics and decorative applications. The dimensional accuracy of the components is retained.
This process is used to passivate aluminum or zinc surfaces and serves as temporary corrosion protection or as a primer for further coatings. Different types of chromating are available – including chromium-free variants.
For components that require a defined color, protective effect or surface texture, we rely on high-quality wet painting. Our processes allow individual color schemes – functional and visually appealing.
