Pearl ID - The Modular Machine Solution for High-Security ID Cards
The Pearl ID is a compact and powerful personalization machine designed for security-critical applications such as government ID cards or smart IDs. It processes up to 1,200 cards per hour and offers maximum flexibility thanks to its modular stations – including laser engraving, thermal printing, encoding and lamination. It also guarantees maximum data security thanks to encrypted processing.
Thanks to its intelligent architecture, the Pearl ID can be optimally integrated into existing production lines. An intelligent feeding and sorting system ensures efficient processes, while an intuitive user interface and remote maintenance functions simplify operation. The Pearl ID is therefore not only user-friendly, but also future-proof thanks to digital interfaces and prepared AI integration.
