The PowerPerso ID3 is a state-of-the-art, modular and compact system for the fully automated personalization of passports and ePassports.
From the basic system to the high-end line with multiple personalization channels, the PowerPerso ID3 offers scalability for every requirement and is ideal for applications in the mid-range to upper mid-range thanks to its optimized throughput.
The wraparound conveyor belt with technology stations at the front and rear enables a compact machine layout with a small footprint, allowing the PowerPerso ID3 to fit into any production hall.
Our workpiece carrier, specially developed for the PowerPerso ID3, protects and reduces the mechanical load on your documents and automatically adapts to different numbers of pages of different passport types - without any changeover.

These include the patented PERFLEX® perforation, Dual Laser Image (DLI), UV printing, as well as Letterscreen and CLIP-ID processes—all directly integrated into the personalization process.
