As of December 09, 2025, our Indian subsidiary ruhlamat Automation Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will officially operate under the new name MackSmaTec India Pvt. Ltd.
This rebranding marks an important step in strengthening the unified global presence of the Mack Group. The new company name clearly reflects the close integration of our Indian operations within the group and reinforces a consistent international brand identity.
For our customers, partners, and employees, the rebranding does not result in any changes beyond the company name. All existing contracts, legal structures, services, and points of contact remain unchanged.
Under the name MackSmaTec India Pvt. Ltd., the company will continue to operate as a trusted partner for innovative automation solutions in the Indian market and will further build on the successful development of recent years.
